Admiral House 67 High Street Fareham Hampshire

20 years ago we sold the above property to the then purchaser Fareport Training. 20 years later, in June 2014, Stuart Mitchell, Director of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has sold the property for Fareport Training who are relocating to other premises they hold in Fareham and Gosport.

The property, a very attractive period building set over 3 floors with basement and attracted an immense amount of interest from developers and owner / occupiers.

Stuart Mitchell reports “we are very pleased to sell the property to an occupier who is going to convert the property back to a house, and sensitively restore this Grade II Listed building. It was a great pleasure to once again deal with Fareport Training having sold them the premises 20 years earlier. The property was sold close to the asking price of £500,000”

Mick Reeve from Fareport Training said
“We were sad to leave the High Street as Admiral House is such a beautiful building, but we had out grown the premises and now operating from our other two sites. We were glad to see it is returning to a house once again in keeping with the High Street. We would like to thank Stuart Mitchell once again for the professional way the sale was handled”.

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell remain very active in the commercial property sector, in Fareham and along the South Coast and seek new instructions to satisfy their active applicant database.
