Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell Confirms A Healthy Property Deal To CLH Healthcare

Acting on behalf of private client, property consultants, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have sold Unit 2, Fitzherbert Spur, Portsmouth to local company, CLH Healthcare.

This was a move for CLH to their new freehold headquarters from Waterlooville and the 13,010 sq.ft. requires some refurbishment before the company move in.

Stuart Mitchell, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell Director said: “Even in the economic conditions we find ourselves, the lure of a freehold purchase for companies remains undiluted.

“Fitzherbert Road is a very popular business location, so for CLH to move here should only see the company’s future growth prospects remain positive.”

CLH Healthcare sells nursing supplies and medical equipment in the South East and purchased the freehold for £382,000.  The move represents expansion for the business from their smaller leasehold premises in Waterlooville.

Ben Woodcock, Managing Director of CLH said: “The freehold purchase is a good investment for the company and will allow us to expand our client base and provide a wider product range to our existing clients.

“We hope to move into the premises in August when we have refurbished the accommodation to provide modern office, production space and storage.”
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell’s professional services include landlord and tenancy issues, asset management, investment advice and professional services as well as the usual acquisition and disposal of a broad range of commercial property.
