South Coast property consultant Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has recently completed the letting of 1A Albert Road to Campbell Property (UK) Limited which, following change of use permission being granted, plan to expand from their current locations of Leicester, Birmingham, Cardiff and Exeter.
The student letting agents have taken a new 10-year lease on the 497 sq ft retail unit, which is located in a prominent position on Albert Road in the heart of Southsea, within a short distance from the Wedgewood Rooms and King’s Theatre.
