Staggeringly Good Letting at 3 St. Georges


Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell are pleased to report the letting of 3 St. Georges Industrial Estate, Rodney Road, Fratton to Staggeringly Good Limited for the use as a microbrewery.
 
The local brewers have taken a new 6 year lease on the 1,496 sq ft Light Industrial unit, which is located towards the southern part of Portsea Island, just off Rodney Road, within close proximity to Portsmouth Football Club and Fratton Station.
 
Commenting on the transaction, Luke Mort, Commercial Agent at Chartered Surveyors Holloway, Iliffe & Mitchell said:
“Over the last couple of years, we have seen the emergence of numerous local microbreweries, who due to their success have been welcomed by many of the landlords we represent. The property is centrally located with excellent transport links. This will enable the brewery to continue their supply and distribution locally throughout Portsmouth as well as surrounding areas as they expand.”
