South Coast property consultant Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has recently completed the letting of 31c Stubbington Mall to The Organic Treatment Company, who are due to use the premises as a Beauty Salon.
The beauty therapists have taken a new 3-year lease on the small lock-up shop, within the Stubbington Mall, which is located within the busy Stubbington Village lying a couple of miles south of the A27 linking with the M27 and a short distance to the South is Gosport Via the B3334.
The Mall comprises 5 small lock-up shops adjacent to Stubbington Green with occupiers including Sue Ryder Care, Jane Hug Jewellers and Kutz Gents Barbers. The first floor has recently been converted to provide residential accommodation.
Commenting on the letting, Luke Mort, Commercial Agent at Chartered Surveyors Holloway, Iliffe & Mitchell said:
“Stubbington continues to be a popular location for businesses and local residents alike. With the addition of a Beauty Salon offering a range of treatments, this will hopefully add to the popularity of the Mall. It is encouraging to see the Mall fully let again.”
Sisters Natalie and Nicola from The Organic Treatment Company commented that, “We are excited to have moved our mobile business into a salon within Stubbington Mall, which provides a great place to relax and rejuvenate. The size and location is perfect to meet the demands of the local community and we look forward to welcoming new clientele.”
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell remain very active in the commercial property sector, in Stubbington and surrounding areas along the South Coast and seek new instructions to satisfy their active applicant database.
