ADMIRALS WAY HYTHE FULLY OCCUPIED AFTER RECENT LETTING

South Coast property consultant Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has recently completed the letting of 1 Admirals Way, Hythe to David Barrow and Lisa Puckey, who are due to use the premises as a sandwich bar and delicatessen.

A new 3-year lease has been agreed on the small lock-up shop, which is located within close proximity to the main Hythe High Street and the western shores of Southampton Water where a passenger ferry runs from Hythe Pier to Town Quay Southampton throughout the day.

Admirals Way comprises 3 small lock-up shops adjacent to Superdrug and Waitrose with occupiers including Toys Ahoy Toy Shop and Hythe Kebab Centre. The first floor is currently being converted to provide residential accommodation.

Commenting on the letting, Luke Mort, Commercial Agent at Chartered Surveyors Holloway, Iliffe & Mitchell said:
“Hythe continues to be a popular location for businesses and local residents alike, due to its waterside location. It was felt that the proposed use will be complimentary for the premises and the location alike.  It is encouraging to see the Admirals Way fully let again.”

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell remain very active in the commercial property sector, in Hythe and surrounding areas along the South Coast and seek new instructions to satisfy their active applicant database.
