Portsmouth commercial property consultants, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have let Unit 9, Dean Estate, Wickham Road, Fareham.

The new occupiers are Bryson Engineering Ltd, who occupy 2,000 sq.ft. of industrial space on a new 3 year lease.

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, director, Stuart Mitchell said: “Dean Estate is very popular with commercial companies as the estate offers a wide range of unit sizes and once established on site a lot of businesses stay and grow by moving to larger premises when the time is right.

“Bryson Engineering has a nationwide client base, so to establish the business at Dean Estate will only enhance their business credentials further.”

The business has been established for some years and undertakes specialist contract lifting, welding and fabrication on heavy plant, waste and recycling equipment, agricultural repairs and the marine industry too.

Director of Bryson Engineering Ltd, John Bryson said: “We have moved to larger premises as we want to develop the business and our client base further.

“We aim to use the space as our main engineering workshop in Hampshire and this will give us greater scope to transport equipment around the country as it’s so easy to get onto the motorway network from Dean Estate.”

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell’s professional services include landlord and tenancy issues, asset management, investment advice and professional services as well as the usual acquisition and disposal of a broad range of commercial property.
