Razors at the ready…

Joining thousands of men across the UK, the surveyors from Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell embraced a hirsute look for the month of November as they participate in this year’s Movember, in a bid to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK.

Tom Holloway, Director at Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell said:
“It started off as a bit of fun but soon the fund raising became very competitive and we would like to thank our clients, family and friends in helping us raise £1,200”

“Now that December is nearly here though we’re all looking forward to shaving them off!”

Run by the Movember Foundation, the aim of the charity is ‘to change the face of male cancers’, by getting men around the world to grow moustaches during November, encouraging people to donate money to treatment and research and better understand the diseases involved.

Following the tradition of Movember, the willing participants shunned their usually clean shaven faces for a range of styles of moustache such as the handlebar and horseshoe.

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell staff Stuart Mitchell, Tom Holloway, Craig Powell, Geoff Springthorpe and Luke Mort; have all worn their Mo’s with pride in a bid to help support this worthwhile cause which last year was supported by 854,000 Mo Bros and Mo Sistas Worldwide and raised £79.3m.
